By using this website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

All services are provided pursuant to a signed statement of work outlining scope, timeline, deliverables, and pricing.

Upon final payment, ownership of final deliverables transfers to the client, except for third-party components governed by their own licenses.

Invoices are due per the terms specified in your project agreement. Late payments may incur reasonable fees.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the services in question.
